We are looking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Senior Executive to manage Accounts Receivables, E-invoice submission, General ledger, checking the day-to-day costing and inventories transactions, resolve discrepancy and prepare monthly reconciliation of inventory, costing and margin analysis reports. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of financial systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivables (AR) and E-invoicing Management
- Process and verify sales invoices, delivery orders in line with company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of E-invoice transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare self-billed invoices as necessary to fulfil e-invoicing requirement.
- Coordinate with logistics departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Sending SOA to customers in periodic customer reconciliations.
Costing and Inventory
- Checking the day-to-day costing and inventory transaction.
- Performed monthly cycle count audit. Working with operation to confirm the cycle count variances.
- Report to superior for cycle count variance adjustment.
- Prepare product costing Margin Analysis Report by product category.
- Maintain records of scrap and fixed asset disposal documentation accordingly.
- Review excess and obsolete inventories, reconcile Inventory balances with physical and ERP/system reports and prepare monthly inventory reconciliation report.
- Perform the Goods in Transit journal vouchers.
- Offset credit note to invoice and perform reclass journal entry if necessary.
- Perform the accounts reclasses, lease liability and all kind of Provisions journal voucher.
- Download General Ledger, perform balance sheet reconciliation for GIT, Accruals, Prepayment, Deferred Expenditures and other balance sheet items.
- Support treasury planning and cash flow reporting in AR forecast.
SST Submission and other duties
- Perform bi-monthly SST submission checking and reconciliation to tie with system report.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner during monthly closing.
- Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in AR, E-Invoicing, reconciliation and SST Submission, 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, AutoCount, SQL, Kingdee or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Audit, tax and accounting firm experiences will be an added advantage.
