Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the finance function. This role will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for senior management.

Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.

Provide strategic financial advice to support business planning and decision-making.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA / MIA / ACCA preferred.

Min of 5–7 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.

Able to handle Msia / Sg tax accounts.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate finance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
