Finance Manager/Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

To oversee Finance and Cost function of AIC Semiconductor Sdn. Bhd.

To work collectively with the President, Directors, EXCO Members, Senior Management and staff to help achieve the corporate objectives of the AIC Semiconductor Sdn Bhd in the best possible manner.

To plan, organize and implement financial, taxation, treasury and payroll procedures to enable the company to derive maximum benefits from its operations and corporate exercises. Policies and procedures implemented for the company should be consistent with local statutory.

To report the financials and cashflow position of the company reporting to the Group Finance Department of Suzhou Good Ark Electronics Co. Ltd. and local statutory.

To provide ad-hoc reports and when required by Management and Suzhou Good Ark Electronics Co. Ltd.

To coordinate the preparation and submission of annual company budget.

To liaise effectively with all relevant regulatory authorities and professional firms and individuals to ensure that AIC Semiconductor’s objective and exercises are being carried out.

To supervise subordinates including reviewing and monitoring their works performances and providing relevant training and coaching for them to obtain a satisfactory level of competency.

To keep abreast with current development and take all necessary steps to ensure that the company fulfil all regulatory requirements whilst ensuring that the company remains competitive.

Any other task assigned from day to day.

Degree of Accountancy or any related fields.

Able to communicate/writting in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
