Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee factory setup, layout planning, and production system construction.

• Develop and implement production management systems and SOPs.
• Lead PMC activities and optimize inventory management.
• Train local production teams and promote cross-department collaboration.
• Liaise with headquarters and local partners to meet standards.
