Factory Manager (Intake for Feb / Mar 2026)

The Factory Manager will lead all operations of our Central Kitchen facility, producing Korean Ready-to-Eat (RTE) meals, dosirak, samgak gimbap, salads, corn sausages, frozen meals, and retort sauces for national distribution. The role demands strong food production, compliance, and leadership capabilities to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end food production and ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and yield standards.
  • Manage and develop factory staff across production, QA/QC, logistics, and maintenance.
  • Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMP, HALAL, MESTI, and ISO food safety standards.
  • Monitor production schedules, inventory, and manpower planning.
  • Ensure optimal use of machinery and schedule preventive maintenance.
  • Control costs and reduce waste across materials, labor, and utilities.
  • Report KPIs and collaborate with Commercial (Food Development and teams).
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years in food manufacturing; 5+ years as Factory or Plant Manager.
  • Experience in RTE and process food manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, production planning, and compliance knowledge.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, reporting tools, and MS Office.
  • Good communication skills and commitment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams.
