Overview
Role focused on organizing and monitoring workshop operations, planning service strategies, analyzing productivity, implementing policies, optimizing resources, coordinating site projects, handling customer issues, and facilitating inter-departmental coordination to support HQ-level operations.
Responsibilities
- To organize, monitor and oversee overall workshop operations activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- To plan and coordinate service operations strategies aimed at improving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- To analyze operational productivity on Yokoten activities, to identify best practices and areas of improvement.
- To ensure effective implementation of job policies in line with Perodua Standard Operating Procedures across outlets.
- To review and analyze operational data for resource optimization.
- To coordinate outlet relocation, recoupling, and expansion of decoupling service projects for service improvements.
- To assist in handling customer complaints and insurance-related issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
- To facilitate and coordinate inter-departmental meetings to support HQ-level operations.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automotive or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
