A leading events management company in Malaysia is seeking an Event Executive to organize and manage physical and e-conferences. The role involves planning, coordinating, and collaborating with various managers to ensure successful events. Candidates must be proficient in English and comfortable with technology. We value attitude and initiative, supporting candidates with a background in events or secretarial work. This position offers competitive perks and requires a commitment to client satisfaction.

2) Must be able to read, write and conversant in English
3) Must be ambitious, show great initiative to learn yet also a strong team player
4) Must be comfortable working with short deadlines, long hours (sometimes weekends & public holidays) and demanding clients
5) Must be a competent computer user (Google Suite, Excel Sheet)
6) Will be of a great asset if have some HTML, CSS basics

1) Work with clients and team members to organize physical or e-conferences and e-exhibitions
2) Work is pretty variety - entails planning, coordinating, negotiating, onsite front-of-house and management
3) Work together Project Managers and Functional Managers
4) Reports to Project Director and/or Project Manager
