The E-commerce Operations Manager is accountable for enhancing the e-commerce operational infrastructure across Singapore and Indonesia markets.
This role will lead the build-out of the FSDn e-commerce capability, serve as keyilhar to regional and platform teams, monitor traffic and marketplace performance, and deliver solutions that drive conversion, operational efficiency and scalable growth.
Location: Oversea to Singapore and Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of the e-commerce operations model for SG & ID, including tools, SOPs, workflows and KPI frameworks.
- Act as the central contact point for regional/platform teams; elevate platform/system issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor daily traffic, conversion funnels, platform health metrics; maintain dashboards and responses for incidents and performance tuning.
- Partner with regional growth and marketing teams to execute traffic & growth experiments improving click‑through and conversion.
- Provide operational and technical solutions for platform issues collaborating with product, tech and platform partners.
- Oversee major campaign readiness including traffic allocation, contingency planning, and localized execution.
- Manage account health on marketplaces: policy compliance, returns rate, fulfillment KPIs (OTIF, inventory accuracy).
- Train and mentor local operations team; document and scale best practices across markets.
- Produce regular performance reports and present insights and remediation plans to regional stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field.
- Minimum 4‑6 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace or platform operations; exposure to regional coordination preferred.
- Experience with Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop; familiarity with platform APIs/feeds and operational issues.
- Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret dashboards, run root‑cause analyses and propose data‑driven solutions.
- Hands‑on with traffic monitoring tools, web analytics and BI/SQL tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and/or Mandarin preferred.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work flexibly during major campaigns.
