POSITION SUMMARY: DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve organisational goals.
  • Analyse campaign data and provide evidence-based recommendations to optimise results.
  • Create engaging content and write compelling copy for diverse digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the SWWS website and internal information systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience in managing and creating campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management platforms.
  • Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Sarawak. Added advantage if able to communicate in Chinese dialects.
