As a Digital Marketing Executive at Lactaequip (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital campaigns to reach and engage our target audience, with a particular focus on Mandarin-speaking customers.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote baby-related products.
Develop strategies tailored to parents, caregivers, and newborn markets.
Support brand positioning and enhance visibility within the baby products segment.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
Monitor ad performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creatives, audiences, and placements.
Manage and update social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop content calendars and schedule posts related to baby products.
Maintain active engagement with followers, especially parents and new families.
Research baby product trends, parent purchasing behavior, and competitor activities.
Identify potential marketing opportunities that appeal to the target audience.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and digital engagement data.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of Mandarin-language content creation and digital campaign management
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and web analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Creativity and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and optimize digital campaigns
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
