Demand Planning Specialist (Home appliances)

• Data Analyst for Home Appliance Products – Identifying market trends and patterns through data analysis and building smooth with factory ISPs.
• Collecting, visualizing, and analysing various data (sales, inventory, shipment, etc.).
• Using BI tools (e,g., Power BI, Tableau) to analyse trends and patterns by country, region, and model.
• Collaborating with the factory side (e.g., Formulating PSI plans and reflecting analysis in inventory management.)

Job Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• Experience in data analysis (industry/product background nor required, but home appliances/manufacturing industry is preferred.)
• Skills in data visualization and reporting using Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong logical thinking and ability to identify issues/trends and propose improvements based on data.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate smoothly in English with internal and external stakeholders.
• A passionate individual who can proactively drive sales maximization based on their own analysis.
