A manufacturing company based in Malaysia is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to plan and implement activities aimed at achieving total customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English and interpersonal skills are essential, with Mandarin as an advantage. This role involves handling customer complaints, ensuring courtesy, and meeting sales objectives, providing a comprehensive experience in customer service.
CS - To coordinate, plan and implement activities in the Customer Service Department towards total customer satisfaction in achieving Company’s objectives.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
