Requirements
- SPM/Diploma or equivalent in any field.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office. Experience with SQL Accounting systems is highly advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Prior experience in eCommerce, customer service, or logistics is preferred.
1. Order Management & Fulfillment
- Monitor and process orders from multiple channels: Shopee, Lazada, Site Giant, WhatsApp, and Sales Team.
- Prioritize and expedite instant/same-day delivery and self-collect orders.
- Generate and print all necessary documents (Picklists, Air Waybills, Delivery Orders, Invoices).
- Coordinate with packing staff and logistics partners (e.g., drivers) for timely dispatch.
2. Customer Service & Sales Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via eCommerce platforms and WhatsApp Business.
- Prepare and send quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices to formalize sales.
- Handle retail payments (QR, Card, Installment, Cash) accurately using the POS system.
3. Logistics & Inventory Coordination
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, and manage documentation (sign, stamp, file).
- Oversee the release of goods, ensuring accurate checks and signed DOs.
- Manage the end-to-end process for customer service sets and repairs, including system updates (SQL Account Software) and documentation (Stock Transfers, Debit Notes).
4. Returns, Refunds & Claims
- Process customer returns and refunds according to company policy.
- Manage claims for damaged items by gathering evidence (CCTV, photos) and submitting claims via respective platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok).
5. Administrative Excellence
- Maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems for all transaction documents.
- Perform end-of-day duties: payment reconciliation, card settlement, daily reporting to management.
- Utilize various software systems (SQL Accounting System, HomeHero, Site Giant) for daily operations.
