• Minimum Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
• Some relevant experience in Customer Service operations.
• Some relevant experience in resource planning.
• A good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to supervise and train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment documentation with clients and internal teams.
• Manage and organize all logistics documents ensuring audit readiness.
• Oversee logistics documentation processes in ERP.
• Act as main contact for all commodities and liaise with clients.
• Resolve stakeholder complaints and system issues.
• Handle D&D monitoring and cost control.
• Prepare forecasts and internal reports.
• Maintain compliance and manage overtime approvals.
