Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop market strategies and industry profiles, achieve annual sales and service targets, and based on this, manage P&L and sales personnel. Provide excellent service to customers, enhance customer platform operations, and seize business opportunities.
- Build and manage direct sales teams, channel sales, merchant services, key accounts, and sales operations teams. Promote channel revenue and achieve sales targets by improving sales and channel efficiency, while meeting customer growth and service needs.
- Set annual departmental targets, financial and staffing budgets, and manage the organizational structure and division of labor to achieve sales, service, and financial goals.
- Develop departmental sales strategies and scale growth and market share by optimizing sales operations, products, organization, industry, and competitors through data analysis.
- Establish a good communication mechanism with headquarters, provide feedback on sales, operations, competitors, and product information, and quickly implement headquarters' sales strategies based on local needs.
- Promote Alibaba’s ecosystem locally through external business development (BD), marketing (MKT) activities, and linking external resources.
Job requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in sales and customer management, with a preference for backgrounds in internet companies, B2B, foreign trade, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
- Experience in managing channel sales, direct sales, and service teams, including team structure, process design, and commission setting.
- Ability to manage company financial P&L, annual performance planning, and strategic management.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to gain insights into merchant needs through data collection and analysis, and continuously optimize sales and service processes.
- Excellent communication in English and resource integration skills.
- Ability to establish and manage third-party service rules.
- Willingness to travel frequently or accept long-term assignments.
