• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Services, or Construction Management.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Language Skills: Mandarin fluency is essential. Must communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to support our diverse regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage National Accreditation Standards: Oversee the end-to-end accreditation process for specialist companies. Review submissions, coordinate with technical assessors, and ensure the highest standards of industry integrity.
• Strategic Industry Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for Prefab MEP specialists. Build high-level relationships and facilitate workshops, seminars, and "Learning Journeys" to promote best practices.
• Flagship Event Management: Play a key supporting role in organizing our major Annual Prefab MEP Industry Dinner, engaging with senior leaders and decision-makers in the built environment sector.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a digital-first team in Malaysia while reporting to the Senior Manager in Singapore.
