Job summary

A leading cabinet installation firm in Shah Alam is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily installations and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cabinet installation, customer interaction, and quality control. They will ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet safety standards, while also mentoring junior installers. The position offers RM 2,400 to RM 4,000 monthly with benefits including medical leave and annual bonuses.

English

1. Team Leader: Lead daily installation operations and assign team members, ensure installation progress according to plan. On site guidance and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
2. Installation Expertise: Read and interpret drawings, expert in cabinet installation, minor wiring works, minor plumbing works. Oversee precise measurement, cutting and cabinet accessories fitting.
3. Site Safety & Health: Ensure site always clean, floor is covered accordingly, & clients item in the house is in good condition & no defect.
4. Customer Interaction: Act as the point of contact for clients during installation. Handle on-site client concerns on adjustment & finishing.
5. Quality Control: Inspect finished installations to ensure accuracy, levelness, and structural strength. Implement best practices to reduce errors and rework.
6. Training & Development: Mentor junior installers and provide on-the-job training. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
7. Reporting & Documentation: Daily progress report, report issues, and completion. Maintain records of materials used and hours worked.

Bahasa Melayu

1. Ketua Pasukan: Mengetuai operasi pemasangan harian dan menetapkan ahli pasukan, memastikan kemajuan pemasangan mengikut rancangan. Lukisan pelan di tapak dan selesaikan masalah apabila ia timbul.
2. Kepakaran Pemasangan: Membaca dan mentafsir lukisan, pakar dalam pemasangan kabinet, kerja-kerja pendawaian kecil, kerja-kerja perpaipan kecil. Memastikan ukuran yang tepat, pemotongan dan pemasangan aksesori kabinet.
3. Keselamatan & Kesihatan Tapak: Pastikan tapak sentiasa bersih, lantai ditutup dengan sewajarnya & barang pelanggan di rumah dalam keadaan baik & tiada kecacatan.
4. Interaksi Pelanggan: Bertindak sebagai titik barhubung untuk pelanggan semasa pemasangan. Mengendalikan permintaan pelanggan di tapak pemasangan mengenai pelarasan & kemasan.
5. Kawalan Kualiti: Memeriksa pemasangan siap untuk memastikan ketepatan, kerataan dan kekuatan struktur. Melaksanakan amalan terbaik untuk mengurangkan kerosakan dan kerja semula.
6. Latihan & Pembangunan: Menjadi mentor pemasang junior dan menyediakan latihan semasa kerja. Menggalakkan budaya penambahbaikan dan keselamatan yang berterusan.
7. Pelaporan & Dokumentasi: Laporan kemajuan harian, isu laporan dan penyiapan. Mengekalkan rekod bahan yang digunakan dan jam bekerja.
