About the Job

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee the business development department with full P&L accountability, ensuring both financial performance and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Formulate and execute operational strategies to achieve organizational goals within set budgets and timelines.
  • Lead and coordinate a high-performing commercial team, fostering strong collaboration across departments and support functions.
  • Provide strategic leadership to meet production targets, optimizing resources—materials, equipment, and manpower—to uphold quality and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Drive business growth by developing and executing expansion strategies, and establishing project structures to support implementation.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and systems that ensure operational efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement and expansion initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations through the effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
