Job description
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRD), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Design and present end-to-end user journeys for products, from initial client engagement to successful onboarding.
  • Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution design by ensuring requirements are complete, clear, and feasible.
  • Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification during development.
  • Validate solutions against business requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Serve as a communication bridge between business users and technical teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure all changes are tracked and communicated effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with requirement-gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
  • Strong ability to document and communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of Web3 concepts, including wallets, tokens, and smart contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with wireframing or diagramming tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Lucidchart).
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage AI tools for improved work efficiency.
