Job summary

A food processing company located in Rawang, Selangor is looking for a candidate to assist in operating and maintaining boilers, ensuring safety and cleanliness in the boiler house. The ideal applicant should possess a valid Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Additional duties include driving a forklift and handling goods. Willingness to work overtime and on weekends is essential. Annual salary increments based on performance are offered.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to operate and maintain boilers and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor boiler performance and carry out daily inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Assist in preparing repair, maintenance, and annual inspection work with contractors and relevant authorities.
• Ensure a safe working environment and maintain cleanliness in the boiler house.
• Handle loading and unloading of received goods when required.
• Prepare and maintain records such as daily maintenance reports, boiler log sheets, and other related documents.
• Carry work as a Store Assistant and drive forklift.

Qualifications

• Skilled in forklift operation.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
• Minimum education: Primary / Secondary / SPM or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Grade 2 Boilerman Certificate.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
