This is a full-time Barista position at HANNAH COOKIES, a leading Food and Beverage company based in Perlis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a memorable café experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation
• Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
• Assisting with general café operations
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries or concerns

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service/hospitality role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is an added advantage
