Job description

Responsibilities

1. Assist engineers in product structural design, 3D modeling, and preparation of engineering drawings.
2. Participate in prototype manufacturing, follow up on production processes, and assist in solving assembly-related issues.
3. Prepare and organize technical documents such as BOMs table and assembly manuals.
4. Assist with basic structural simulations (e.g., strength or thermal analysis) and design optimization.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Diploma or above in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, or related majors.
2. Technical Knowledge: Familiar with mechanical principles, strength of materials, and basic thermodynamics. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes or air-conditioning system structures is a plus.
3. Software Skills: Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar design software; capable of basic 3D modeling and engineering drawing.
4. Personal Qualities: Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and teamwork spirit; able to adapt to a manufacturing environment.

Skill Requirements

1. Able to use SolidWorks or AutoCAD to complete simple structural designs such as sheet metal parts.
2. Familiar with sheet metal processes (bending, welding, coating) and tolerance requirements.
3. Basic thermodynamic analysis skills; to assist in the design of air ducts, heat exchangers, and related components.
4. Knowledge of mechanical transmission and pneumatic component design is an advantage.
