Assistant General Manager- Water Treatment/ NRW

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as an Assistant General Manager for multiple Engineering departments. The successful candidate will oversee project development, tendering processes, client relations, and project execution to ensure the successful delivery of water projects and NRW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor tender notices and advertisements to identify new project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Development (BD) team to strategize and plan for potential new projects.
  • Engage closely with clients and consultants regarding upcoming projects and technical proposals.
  • Keep abreast of market prices, conduct costing analysis, and prepare budgets.
  • Stay updated on government regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct post-mortem analyses on unsuccessful tender bids to improve future submissions.
  • Monitor project work programs and progress on-site, ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, certifications, and facilitate payments.
  • Oversee project budgets during procurement and subcontracting phases.
  • Submit comprehensive progress reports to clients.
  • Maintain regular communication and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project performance, quality standards, and work site safety.
  • Supervise and coordinate project teams effectively.
  • Address and resolve project-related complaints and issues.
  • Ensure all activities comply with ISO standards, company policies, and procedures.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
