Job Title: Project Engineer/Assistant Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management - Oversee full project lifecycle including progress tracking, cost control and client communication
• Production Support - Optimize manufacturing processes and improve quality control & production efficiency
• Team Collaboration - Work with cross-functional and international teams to achieve project goals
• Technical Support - Analyze and resolve technical issues with data-driven solutions
• Technology Adoption - Quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
• Documentation - Establish and maintain complete project documentation
• Business Travel - Available for business trips or training assignments as required

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics or related fields

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Capable of data processing, analysis and reporting

Language

Fluent in Mandarin (working proficiency). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Korean language proficiency will be considered a significant advantage.
