Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in application support, software testing, or development (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of software development, UI/UX concepts, and cloud/on-premise systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s application strategy for retail and online operations.
• Support the design and implementation of scalable and secure application solutions.
• Contribute to UI/UX design activities for applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and errors.
• Assist in creating SOPs and provide training to staff.
• Work closely with the application development team.
