ABOUT THE CLIENT Zoom operates as a communications technology company. The Company offers an easy-to-use communication platform and solutions for video meetings, phone calls, whiteboarding, and annotation for users to connect with anyone from anywhere.

ABOUT THE ROLE Zoom’s field marketing team is looking for an event expert to manage and execute our APAC virtual events. We need a passionate professional planner to oversee the strategy and execution of our most critical customer-facing events in the region. This is a high-visibility role, enabling you to collaborate with all levels and groups across the organization, while also being hands-on in bringing every event to life. This role reports to the regional head of APAC marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategy and goals for APAC events that align with Sales priorities and regional Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and pipeline targets.
  • Plan and execute virtual conferences and webinars for the APAC region working with local product specialists and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Zoom’s global campaigns team to adapt global virtual conferences and webinars for APAC, including our annual flagship conference - Zoomtopia.
  • Manage end-to-end event cycles. This includes timeline and program planning, budget management, vendor management, logistics handling, hands-on virtual event management, and post-event strategy.
  • Develop event success metrics and analyze/report on event ROI, optimize for ROI.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high growth technology company where change is a constant.
  • There will be approx 2-3 trips to Singapore to work with the production team for key events.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 5+ years of relevant event experience (virtual events and/or field marketing)
  • B2B SaaS industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with virtual conference platforms, including Zoom Events & Webinars
  • Comfortable with writing, adapting and editing copy
  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Expertise in AI tools, Salesforce, Pardot, G-Suite, Excel a plus
