Job Description
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to develop and refine analytical use cases, ensuring alignment with Analytics leads and partners.
- Contribute actively to projects of varying scope, complexity, and urgency within the insurance domain.
- Bridge the gap between business challenges and analytical solutions.
- Analyze and interpret data and models to quickly formulate, test, and iterate hypotheses.
- Prepare, structure, and present analyses and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to business users.
- Serve as a Machine Learning subject matter expert, supporting Data & Analytics teams and business stakeholders.
- Oversee and guide onshore and offshore analytics and data science projects.
- Plan and manage sprint activities, providing accurate effort estimates for tasks and stories.
- Ensure adherence to the company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Share expertise and contribute reusable practices, tools, and techniques within the team and across the organization.
Job Requirement
- Holds a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experienced in generating insights from large datasets.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Solid understanding of computer vision, particularly using Azure Document Intelligence.
- Good knowledge of DevOps and MLOps practices.
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks (advantageous).
- Hands‑on experience in collaborative programming projects.
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
