  • Able to communicate at all levels & willing to travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently handle customer issues.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Proposes upgrade/service module/solution to existing clients.
  • Carries out after-sales activities (meetings, calls, trade shows) according to a Business Plan.
  • Receives and makes after-sales calls for warranty callouts.
  • Strengthens relationships with existing accounts.
  • Completes and submits expense reports and sales forecasts.

  • Receiving and making after‑sales calls for guarantee or warranty callouts
  • Strengthens relationship with existing accounts
  • Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports
