Job Description & Summary

As a Dynamic Programme Coordinator, you will have an exciting opportunity to drive training excellence through coordinated systems management, creative communication, and effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
System Management
  • Oversee and manage systems including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Apps, and Learner Evaluation Platforms.
  • Collaborate with Programme Coordinators and stakeholders to optimize system utilization.
Training Coordination, including Crafting Engaging Training Narratives
  • Develop compelling training communications, including invitations and instructor notes, using creative tools like Canva and MailChimp.
  • Craft engaging training schedules targeting the right audience and manage participant lists effectively.
  • Monitor registrations and attendance with diligence, conducting follow-ups with absentees to boost participation.
  • Facilitate smooth virtual and physical training experiences, from setting up Teams links to organizing classroom setups.
Learner, Stakeholder and Resource Management
  • Secure venues for training events, both internally and externally, ensuring logistical excellence.
  • Coordinate printing and delivery of training materials and props.
  • Manage room setup, ensuring all necessary materials, AV equipment, and stationery are available.
  • Keep SharePoint up-to-date with relevant resources and training requirements.
  • Address learner inquiries related to training content/learning objects swiftly and accurately.
  • Assign participants to appropriate learning events and manage feedback completion rates.
  • Handle cost allocation for events and training sessions.
  • Budget and Vendor Coordination: Oversee the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to source vendors, venues, and catering.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with team members to ensure task completion and provide support in their absence to ensure continuity.
  • Coordinate with Logistic teams, MIS, Facilities & Services, and other relevant parties to fulfill all training requirements seamlessly.
Other Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely reports and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements with precision and efficiency (HRDC).
  • Other related tasks may be assigned on a need basis.

  • Proficiency in LMS, Microsoft Apps, and communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
