Head of People Operations at CHIS Internationals — Admin/HR Executive
Salary range: RM3200.00
Job Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and ensure onboarding formalities are completed.
- Conduct orientation for new hires and ensure proper documentation of employee records.
- Payroll & Compensation
- Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions.
- Manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain leave and attendance records, and prepare related reports.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee communications.
- Assist in organizing staff engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Monitor employee performance appraisal process and follow up with department heads.
- Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure HR policies comply with Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, PDPA 2010, and other labor laws.
- Maintain employee files, HRIS/HRMS systems, and confidential records.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or Degree in related studies with min 2 to 4 years of experience required
