  • Draft and issue offer letters for service providers.
  • Prepare and maintain all related letters and documentation.
  • Update and maintain various systems.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage contracts for customers and suppliers.
  • Facilitate the signing of contract agreements with customers and suppliers.
Administrative Tasks
  • Manage and order stationery for the office.
  • Draft and issue offer letters for service providers, including City Link and DHL.
  • Prepare and maintain all related letters and documentation.
System Management
  • Update and maintain the following systems:
  • SIMS MPOB: Classic Bioenergy (Sales & Purchase).
  • MPOB: Monthly submissions on e-Peniaga and e-Submission platforms.
General Administration Work
  • Handle filing, photocopying (photostat).
Job Requirements
