Responsibilities

• Able to prepare full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly closing.
• Daily cash flow management.
• Manage bank transactions.
• Liaise with auditor and tax agents.
• Preparation of audit schedule.
• Submission of SST report.
• Petty cash management.
• Preparation of invoices, petty cash voucher.
• Data entry in accounting software (SQL accounting system).
• Manage accounts payables and accounts receivables.
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• To prepare PV.
• To prepare cash flow report daily.
• To review company Bank Account Liase with Tax & Company Auditor.
• To upload payment request by Management.
• To check Customer & Puchase Invoice.
• To do the arrangement on material 5S.
• To check monthly outstanding DO & SO Any other duties as assigned to you from time to time
