Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic liaison between the mining customer and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage the account, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Understand the customer’s business objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes.
  • Support technical conversations, particularly across networking and server infrastructure, to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, support, and product teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on new features, best practices, and industry insights.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth within the account.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar client-facing role in an MSP, telco, or cloud services provider.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently engage executives and technical teams alike.
  • Technical background with solid knowledge of networks, servers, and infrastructure services.
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts (mining/resources sector exposure a bonus).
  • Organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with a track record of ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Industry certifications are advantageous.
