Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting tasks, including sales & accounts receivable.
• Check and verify branches sales and purchase documents.
• Review multiple customer payment methods and update records in the accounting system.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on customer statements on a timely basis.
• Handle online platform daily transaction, including pending order ID case.
• Able to handle daily finance and accounts operations.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as required.
• Work closely with different departments as part of the process.
• Maintain accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.
