Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Executive located in Kuching. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing schedules and records, organising documents, and supporting the team with general administration duties.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience in Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Experience with General Administration tasks, such as managing schedules and records
  • Excellent Communication both verbal and written
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
