Job Overview:
The Performance & PgMO Lead manages performance management and project governance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met, while developing strategies for process improvement and regional results enhancement.
Location: Paseo de la Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Modality: Hybrid
Daily Responsibilities:
- Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Analyze data to identify trends and risks
- Develop process improvement strategies
- Create performance reports and presentations
- Conduct performance reviews and provide recommendations
- Lead project management teams and influence in a matrix organization
- Maintain project compliance and quality standards
- Develop and manage project quality programs
- Establish PMO community across teams
- Align PMO goals with business plans
- Research and implement technology solutions
- Ensure teams have tools, training, and technology
- Standardize processes and implement lean methodologies
- Recruit, develop, and inspire teams
- Mentor project management professionals
- Build client and leadership confidence through executive presence
- Collaborate with teams and vendors
- Deliver excellent client experiences
- Manage expectations and resolve issues
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in project/contract management with performance monitoring
- Strong analytical skills with complex datasets
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience in process improvement in large matrix organizations
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Technologically savvy with focus on innovative solutions
