A leading customer service provider in Tijuana is seeking customer service representatives to handle inquiries from online customers and retail shoppers. Key responsibilities include processing orders and returns while promoting brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center. The position offers a weekly salary of $4,000 mxn net, along with benefits such as IMSS, Christmas bonus, and vacations.

Descripción del empleo

Our customer service representatives will receive incoming calls from online customers and retail shoppers, for assistance with inquiries on online purchases and retail support, order and / or tracking status, product inquiries, refunds, exchanges, basic troubleshooting for login issues and account information.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, etc.
  • Utilizes negotiaion and retention techniques while processing refunds
  • Promote the brand and loyalty program
  • Maintain an elevated conversation and exhibit genuine empathy when appropriate
Requirements
  • Great English level
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
  • Previous customer service, preferably in call center, and / or retail stores or related fields
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information of our different systems and of our brands history and products
  • Multi-tasker, organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Outgoing and positive personality
  • Common sense and reasoning skills to handle escalated calls
  • Tolerance to frustration

Salary : $4,000 mxn Net weekly income (already including bonuses)

Benefits : IMSS, Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo), Vacations and 25% vacation premium
