Cirrus is our cloud-based EHR/HIS/ERP for hospitals; it helps our clients manage everything from patient admissions, to inventory management, medical records, pharamacy, OR scheduling, billing, and purchasing. A truly “end-to-end” solution for hospitals.

As an Implementation Consultant for Cirrus you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our new customers succesfully adopt Cirrus at their hospital. This means: understanding the specific needs and processes of that hospital, configuring Cirrus according to those needs, and trainging the different departments on how to get the most out of our solution. Your key responsibilities will be:

• Client Onboardings: Work closely with new clients to provision and configure Cirrus based on their specific information and requirements and take them all the way to “go-live”.
• Deliver cusomter value by deeply understanding your customers’ use cases and aligning them to Cirrus’s best practices.
• Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users to ensure they know how to correctly use Cirrus.
• Expertise Development: Become an expert in both Cirrus and hospital operations to provide insightful and effective solutions to clients.
• Client Interaction: Maintain constant communication with clients to understand their needs, address any issues, and ensure their satisfaction with Cirrus.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation and user guides to support client onboarding and training processes.

• Boundless energy to help your team and our customers, always with a “can-do” attitude.
• Superb communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with our customers and internally.
• An excellent investigator - digging into details from client questions, requirements, product issues, and hospital operations.
• Fluent in spanish & english.
• Tech-savvy: You are constantly looking for new ways to “automate” and use technology as a leverage; from excell spreadsheets to ChatGPT.
• Proven: You can show a track record of managing and deploying projects, on time and in a fast-paced environment. Nothing slips through the cracks.
• Collaborative: You know how to orchestrate and work within cross-functional teams to achieve target outcomes.
• Grit: You possess a well developed problem-solving and perseverance capability.
