Job Purpose

The Senior Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales targets through strategic territory management, customer growth, and proactive prospecting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic account retention, territory growth, and proactive prospecting.
  • Apply advanced sales acumen to translate technical solutions into business value and ROI for key decision-makers.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and case studies that drive long-term customer success.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers by aligning solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Identify and influence key customer stakeholders to drive alignment, build consensus, and accelerate deal closure.
  • Support and align dealer channel partners through strategic guidance, training, and joint sales planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Navigate complex sales challenges using strategic thinking and collaborative problem solving.
  • Maintain deep product and market knowledge through continuous learning and active industry engagement.
  • Exercise sound judgment in managing critical business matters and contribute to broader sales initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required or significant relatable industry experience.
  • At least 5+ years of technical sales or relatable industry experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Ability to develop pricing strategies, analyze return on investment (ROI), and manage financial proposals.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Teams, Zoom).
