They are now looking for a Lead Designer to spearhead the evolution of their visual identity and help create high-converting, eye-catching designs across packaging, marketing, and product imagery.

Job Title: Remote Lead Designer (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500 USD/month

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET (Eastern Time)

• Packaging Design: Lead the redesign of product packaging to ensure it is visually striking, on-brand, and retail-ready.
• Digital Creative Development: Create high-quality visuals for website banners, social media ads, influencer campaigns, and email marketing.
• Amazon Optimization: Design Amazon A+ content, product images, and infographics that drive clicks and conversions.
• Product Renders: Produce photorealistic 3D product renders for marketing and e-commerce.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts for ad creatives, graphics, and image copy that resonate with our audience.
• AI Integration: Utilize AI-based design tools for faster, smarter creative production while maintaining a high level of polish and originality.

• Experience: 4+ years in graphic design, brand design, or creative direction, ideally in consumer goods, beauty, or women-focused brands.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, digital marketing creatives, and product imagery.
• Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D rendering software, and AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance design aesthetics with marketing performance.
• E-commerce Experience: Understanding of what drives conversions on Amazon, DTC websites, and social platforms.
