A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to provide exceptional support for AWS Cloud Infrastructure from a remote location in Mexico. The role includes incident management, customer success, and technical operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing AWS workloads, foundational Linux and Windows skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Qualifications
- Experience managing AWS cloud workloads, particularly EC2, RDS, VPC, and CloudWatch.
- Foundational Linux and Windows system administration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Triage and manage service desk tickets efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional support, meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements.
- Administer monitoring systems and perform routine tasks such as access management.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
