Job summary
A global technology leader is seeking experienced SAP Basis Administrators for a remote position in Mexico. The role requires 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience, strong troubleshooting abilities, and proficiency in SAP components. Candidates will provide L2/L3 support, implement configurations, and optimize system performance. This position offers an attractive salary and premium benefits.

Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 SAP Basis support and resolve issues.
- Implement and configure the SAP technical environment.
- Perform system upgrades and tune performance.

Provide L2/L3 SAP Basis support and issue resolution.
Implement, configure, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment.
Perform system performance tuning, system upgrades, and support ABAP/JAVA stacks.
Plan and execute Support Package upgrades and system refreshes.
Apply SAP Notes and KBAs as corrective actions.
Handle backup/restore procedures and language/application installations.
5+ years of SAP Basis Administration.
Experience with multiple SAP components as many as possible from the list:
Desired vast experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA , SLT, SAP SCM, APO/Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANA DB, SAP BOBJ, Cloud Connector, SAC agents, CPI-DS agent, DP agent, XSA, Content Server, experience in HANA Database AdministrationProficient with SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, PAM.
Experience in Linux environments.
Strong troubleshooting and system optimization capabilities.
Location: Remote (Mexico-based: CDMX, Monterrey, or Guadalajara only)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
