We are seeking a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Production Line Engineer to join our clients team. This hands-on role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing production line machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical engineering background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Preventative Maintenance
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of production line machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production lines to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and apply appropriate technical solutions.
• Installation and Upgrades
  • Install new production lines or individual components as required.
  • Upgrade existing equipment to improve efficiency and production capacity.
• Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure all machinery complies with health and safety standards.
  • Follow established procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaboration and Reporting
  • Work closely with production teams to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Document maintenance activities and provide regular updates to supervisors.

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and tools. Hands-on experience with maintaining and repairing manufacturing machinery.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
• English Speaker: Candidates must be fluent in English
