GC Realty & Development, a Chicago-based property management company, is hiring a remote Executive Support Specialist to join our growing operations team. We manage over 1,400 residential units across the Chicagoland area and are recognized for our responsiveness, results-driven culture, and consistent growth.
This is not your average assistant job.
You'll be a key player behind the scenes, supporting executive leadership through sharp organization, effective communication, and data-driven reporting. From coordinating calendars and maintaining spreadsheets to helping streamline internal systems, your work will directly impact our team's efficiency and momentum.

Executive Calendar Management - Optimize schedules, prioritize meetings, and prevent overload
Inbox Oversight - Help sort and escalate time-sensitive emails
Reporting & Data Tracking - Maintain spreadsheets, extract insights, and help keep operations accountable
Task & Project Tracking - Use digital tools (we love ClickUp!) to manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
Internal Coordination - Support interdepartmental projects and make sure the right people stay aligned
Travel & Event Planning - Book executive travel and assist with team gatherings when needed
Professional Communication - Serve as a thoughtful, organized liaison between leadership and stakeholders
3+ years of administrative or executive support (experience supporting a CEO or similar preferred)
Advanced spreadsheet skills - Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, formatting, maybe even a pivot table or two)
Comfortable with project management tools, workflow systems, and digital calendars
Strong written and verbal communication in near-native English
Proven ability to problem-solve independently, prioritize under pressure, and think ahead
A reliable remote setup (quiet space, solid internet, and strong work ethic)
Hourly Rate: $7-$9 USD/hour (based on experience), paid weekly
