This remote, full-time role involves owning the email marketing strategy, overseeing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with marketing goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience, strong design skills, and expertise in Klaviyo. Responsibilities include designing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing performance to drive customer engagement. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work synchronously with Eastern Time zones.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in email marketing with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo.
• Strong design background with ability to create email templates.
• Proven ability to analyze performance data.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 English).
• Ability to work during at least 24 hours overlapping with Toronto time.

Contractor Fee : $2500 / month (USD)

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our clients email marketing program. This role is key to driving growth customer engagement and retention through expertly designed campaigns data-driven decision making and structured optimization. You will be responsible for building and executing a strategy overseeing campaign performance and ensuring email aligns with the clients overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo including campaigns automated flows segmentation and personalization.
• Design on-brand visually compelling emails with strong attention to layout typography and user experience.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to generate actionable insights and track against performance goals.
• Implement structured A / B and multivariate testing to optimize subject lines CTAs content design and send times.
• Ensure email marketing supports e-commerce retention and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on best practices in deliverability compliance and mobile optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in email marketing with at least 2 years in a senior / lead role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo.
• Strong design background and proven ability to create email templates and assets.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with structured A / B testing and iterative optimization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 / C2 English).
• Ability to work during at least 24 hours overlapping with Toronto / Eastern Time business hours (preferred).

Shift Schedule :

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm ET (Toronto time)
