What You'll Do

• Minimum 8 to 12 yrs of IT experience
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish languages
• Expertise in Java, Gen AI technology stack
• Good to have experience in Insurance domain
• Experience of working in offshore‑onshore model. Should be able to co‑ordinate with offshore team to drive activities.
• Experience of managing, implementing projects in Java, Microservices, Database technologies.
• Experience in end-to-end SDLC implementation, documentation, Agile and waterfall methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Springboot
• Managing and mentoring teams experience is required.
• Familiarity with workflow engines for app development (plus).
• Expertise in security principles and risk mitigation tools / methodologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Open API specification.
• Strong in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with secure cloud platforms and architecture.
• Skilled in writing clear, maintainable, and secure code.
• Proficiency with secure version control (Git) and collaborative dev practices.
