Operations Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a cross functional team to gather technical and commercial input in developing Service offerings that demonstrate the value for a customer’s site. Prepare complete and accurate customer proposals that clearly state the included scope of supply and make recommendations to develop the installed base.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation business unite in Merida.You will be mainly accountable for:• Provide the Service Account Management staff with input and alternatives to best present and position ABB’s solution and offer to the customer.• Coordinate with the Service business development team to continually stay up to date on the Service offering strategy and products. Inform Service management of changes in product design and strategy that may impact Service’s ability to sell and deliver.• Develop and maintain standard estimating tools and proposal templates for most common requested offerings to increase customer responsiveness• Review and analyze customer specifications to develop cost estimates that identify risks and costs associated with implementation of a project.
