Job summary
A growing real estate company is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative in Veracruz, Mexico. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in customer success, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will manage customer inquiries, respond promptly, and work closely with the Sales & Customer Success team to improve retention rates.
