A global healthcare company in Mexico City seeks a Collections SR Analyst to enhance cash collection efforts. The role involves managing a portfolio of customers, resolving invoices, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of experience in collections, particularly with the Mexican Government. Proficiency in JDE and Microsoft Office is preferred, along with strong dispute resolution skills.

The Collections SR Analyst is responsible for maintaining their given portfolio of customers and improving cash collection by reducing the aging. Specific responsibilities include: identifying, resolving, and collecting past due invoices, balancing accounts as needed, and providing excellent internal and external customer service.
