We are seeking a goal-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to join one of our fantastic campaigns! If you’ve got experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Outbound Sales Representative, your role is all about outreach, engagement, and closing. You’ll be reaching out to leads, introducing and upselling our products with confidence, and turning conversations into confirmed orders and cross-selling other solutions.

Your Core Responsibilities:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers on a daily basis.
  • Present products and services persuasively and with energy.
  • Manage objections and guide prospects toward purchase decisions.
  • Update customer information and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your team and Sales Manager to improve conversion strategies.
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly sales goals.

  • Proven FMCG Sales Experience: 1–2 years of outbound sales experience in the FMCG industry is required.
  • Sales Confidence: Excellent phone presence, persuasive skills, and the ability to close under pressure.
  • CRM & Digital Fluency: Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Target Focus: Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Excellent English Skills: C1-level fluency in both spoken and written English.
